How to be eligible for Returns/Refund/Exchange?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Beauty lines and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Underwear and swimwear can only be returns if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Shoes must be tried on indoors.
Items must have all tags attached.
Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us at Support@UniWardrobe.co.uk with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do I get reimbursed for my Postage?
Unfortunately, we currently do not reimburse or reinstate for any Returns BUT we do provide a full refund including the costs you paid for the original delivery. However, you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to UniWardrobe, after all, we do live in big world.
